It has everything you d want in a dry rose with the added delight of a light sparkle. This wine has both white (pear, red apple, lemon/lime and grapefruit) and red (strawberry and raspberry) fruit flavors that dance on your palate all the way through the long, long lingering finish. On the palate this wine borders on the too tart side, but delivers enough fruit and floral notes to keep it balanced through the long finish. This would be a great food wine as the tart acidity would pair well with fatty foods.
